Finding the sweet spots in your data

  • We provide a qualitative and quantitative overview of protein- and lipid-derived glycans in your samples. We focus on the entire glycan pool or on target glycoproteins or glycolipids.

  • We include the necessary sample preparation steps prior analysis, such as enzymatic glycan liberation and derivatization with a mass spectrometry-sensitive label.

  • We use hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) with fluorescence detection and quadrupole time-of-flight (Q-TOF) mass spectrometry for unsurpassed resolving power and sensitivity.

  • We identify glycans using a glucose unit (GU) library supported with MS data and exoglycosidase sequencing to identify yet unknown species.
